Refund policy


REFUND POLICY:

Because of the types of products we provide we do not allow returns.  There may be some exceptions but if you have an issue please contact us so we can work together on trying to get it fixed.


CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY:

Depending on the product purchased you may or may not be able to cancel your order. If the product you purchased allows for cancellations it will need to be within 24 hours or it will not be accepted.


LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED ITEMS: 

We offer package insurance through Route. It is pre-selected in your cart and can easily be removed and unselected. Please be advised that by opting out of shipping insurance, Forever Ender is NOT liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

 

It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs fees. We are not responsible for customs fees. VAT or any other fees for international orders. Shipping will not be refunded for denied shipments. Your return shipping charges for denied shipments/wrong address will be deducted from total refund.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
